In terms of Notification F. No. 7/9/2011-RRB dated 02nd September 2013 issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services , the erstwhile Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank(CGB),Surguja Kshetriya Gramin Bank(SKGB) and Durg Rajnandgaon Gramin Bank(DRGB) were amalgamated into one entity and Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank(CRGB) , sponsored by State Bank of India, having its Head Office at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, was formed on 02-09-2013. CRGB operates in the entire state of Chhattisgarh and has its Corporate office at Naya Raipur , Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh.
Share Holding Pattern for Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin bank is a follows Central Government – 50%, State Government – 15% Sponsor Bank – 35%.
